SHRAPNEL DAMAGE
Problem:
Large blood losses in case of injury, lung damage, respiratory failure lead to a significant decrease in the level of saturation (the amount of oxygen in the blood), which, in turn, leads to loss of consciousness or even life. Hypoxia causes irreversible processes in the brain, which are later recognized as non-combat losses. This often occurs in the yellow zone and during the transportation of casualties to hospitals. Timely oxygen therapy is one of the priorities of modern aid.
Oxygen in cylinders at the front line is dangerous because a bullet or shrapnel hits the cylinder causing an explosion and death or serious injury to military medics.

Solution:
Provide tactical medics and evacuation vehicles with sources of safe oxygen produced in the United States, -
SAROS tactical oxygen concentrators. The model 3000 allows safe production of oxygen 24/7 from a battery
and/or power supply network.
The concentrator has the form of
of a 10-liter oxygen cylinder. It is maintenance-free and self-regenerating.
Problem:
When an equipped soldier gets out of an armored vehicle, jumps from a tank, over a window sill or actively moves between trenches, the additional load on the spine reaches its maximum impact: given the weight of the equipment up Taking into account the weight of equipment up to 20-30 kg (weapons, BК, body armor), the load on the SPINE increases 9.8 times in dynamics, up to almost 200 kg.
This causes protrusions and hernias of the spine, which, in turn, makes it impossible to restore the soldier's health quickly and conservatively and return him to service or to normal social life.

Solution:
Israel scientists have developed an anti-gravity belt system (patented T-belt) that allows you to relieve the load from the shoulder girdle and spine, and prevent the above-mentioned problem. The result of using such a vest by the IDF has resulted in a reduction in spinal injuries of the spine and increased endurance of military personnel, which is extremely important for working "at ground zero" and behind enemy lines.
Problem:
Loss of limbs and pelvic organs as a result of an anti-personnel mine explosion is a frequent result of advancing through enemy territory and during counteroffensive operations. Then there are amputations of the limb or its part with subsequent prosthetics. The loss of blood in such injuries can be life-threatening. It is impossible to restore the soldier and return to duty, and the quality of civilian life is significantly deteriorating.

Solution:
The use of mine-resistant boots developed by Israel scientists, instead of conventional boots, can withstand an explosion equivalent to 50 grams of TNT, which covers the entire spectrum of high-explosive anti-personnel mines in the world. This destroys the sole of the boot, but the foot and limb are preserved. Special insoles absorb the energy of an explosion.
Problem:
Even when wearing high-quality body armor and mine-resistant shoes, the legs, knees, elbows, groin, and arms are vulnerable to shrapnel. Wearing a conventional military uniform does not protect these parts of the body, while leaving full mobility of the limbs and not overloading the weight of various neck, shoulder or groin pads. The use of a sapper suit is not possible when a soldier is actively moving. So the problem lies in the openness to injury to these parts of the body. Moreover, small shrapnel in the
the legs, groin or arms is problematic to remove - it requires
long-term surgical interventions with blood loss.

Solution:
Israel scientists have developed an unprecedented military
uniforms (pants, long underpants and a shirt under the body armor) for
IDF soldiers that can hold shrapnel fragments by itself
weighing up to 1.1 grams at speeds of up to 260 m/s. This allows to
protect the legs (the groin and thighs are additionally protected by long
legs, knees, elbows, and neck from minor
but dangerous injuries. The uniform is fireproof and washable.
The set weighs no more than 1.5 kg (pants, underwear and shirt).

Oxygen for the battlefield SAROS

Oxygen saturation of the blood is extremely important for life, therefore it is important to maintain a high level of oxygen in the blood of the wounded in case of lung damage or large blood loss. Using an oxygen cylinder on the battlefield is extremely risky, as a bullet or debris entering the cylinder causes an explosion and injury or death to military medics. However, the use of oxygen, starting from the "yellow zone" on the battlefield, increases the time of providing effective medical care to the wounded, and this leads to a reduction of non-combat losses by 5 times.

The SAROS 3000 oxygen concentrator is safely used directly on the battlefield and during the evacuation phase.

Mine resistant footwear

The shoes are characterized by a strong and stable construction, long service life, and do not contain any metal parts.

The shoes are patented.

  • 1  Special leather boots with anti-personnel mine protection, withstand the blast of contact mines with a charge of 35 grams of TNT equivalent explosive (model AM-35) and 50 grams (model AM-50). The military boots reduce the explosive energy of a 35 g HE landmine by 99%
  • 2 The boots were developed in cooperation with leading Czech ballistic protection specialists. The shoes are equipped with a Drilex/Windtex waterproof membrane that provides complete water resistance while maintaining thermal comfort and moisture wicking ability.
Mine Resistant Footwear - model (mine resistant) offers a three-layer protection system:
1) "Intelligent" multilayer armored outsole.
The outsole contains special multilayer structures. When the pressure (explosive energy) reaches the outsole,
the following happens:
Some parts reflect the energy back.
Part of the energy is used up in the programmed delamination and destruction of the special high-strength layers.
Only a small portion of the energy passes through the armor and reaches the inner layer of the shoe. The maximum
pressure that passes through the shoe is usually less than 1% of the initial energy of the mine explosion - 35 g TNT.
The shoe reduces the explosive effect by 99% (35 g TNT mine).
2) Internal armored insole
Inside the shoe there is a special insole that reduces the impact of explosion pressure on the human body.
3) Anti-perforation layer.
The special "smart" design of the outsole provides the following protection during an explosion
protection against fragments, which is 2.5 times stronger than required by European standards for safety shoes, while maintaining flexibility, thereby contributing to wearing comfort.
Other benefits
No part of the shoe contains any metal parts. This ensures that the shoe does not give false signals to metal detectors. Special construction with an anatomical design and antibacterial inner insole that helps absorb energy while walking,
reduces stress on the joints and relieves fatigue.
